Do you feel the desire to create changes in your life? To feel better? Do better and clear the path to a newly found sense of joy and purpose? The challenge is in knowing how to create change when you are feeling stuck, and/or lacking clarity.
You begin to question yourself; “What is my purpose?” and “How can I move forward and create lasting change in my life?” These questions point to the parts of ourselves that have not been loved or accepted, or, in other words, healed; and the answers lie in our ability to deal with the events in our life; to free ourselves from our past and instead feel the freedom to explore new possibilities, to learn to trust our instincts, and choose a new way of being and doing things.
The truth is, when emotional disturbances or emotional events occur in our life, we are being asked to change and move forward. What once seemed traumatic or impossible to overcome becomes an opportunity to grow and become an active force in designing your life. When you follow your inner Pathway to Healing, fear vanishes and you’ll feel a deeper relationship with yourself and the greater whole, no longer appealing to the past in order to create your desired future.
It takes a great deal of courage, as well as an open mind and heart to examine your life and see what adjustments you can make to feel better, happier, and to feel whole. The Pathway to Healing does not need to be complicated, or difficult, however; in fact, anytime you pay attention, you take another step towards healing, and feeling more alive and complete. All that is required is yourself, your attention, or awareness, and a safe place to move through, heal and release any trauma, challenge or struggle you are ready to let go of.
“Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity.” Hippocrates
Trauma, in the most simple terms, is any unwanted change we have experienced. Each of them is unique and personal. It is important to not compare, judge or ignore them.
Trauma can stem from a comment made to us by a mentor, a teacher, or a parent when we were a child. This comment could have stuck with us for years and years – such as “you will never succeed or you are not smart.” Maybe you’ve been bullied. It can be a car accident, physical and/or emotional abuse, the loss of a loved one, a dream, a goal, a pet, etc.
Unprocessed trauma and grief can not only cause both emotional and physical distress, but they can also cause us to struggle, feel stuck, and unsure of how to move forward in life. We feel unfocused, find it difficult to make decisions and lose touch with our passions and goals. They can cause us to get stuck in the past. Many times we are not aware of the trauma we are holding on to or how it has been affecting us – until we are able to release it.
As you are guided through this energetic clearing practice, you begin to feel lighter and experience shifts that brings increased clarity in your life. A pathway opens up that provides you emotional and energetic wholeness, helping you create change in ways that allow you to live the life you truly desire.
After working with Monica, I felt grounded & secure in my own body. I felt she really understood what I needed from our time together.
Monica was able to connect with me and I was able to relax and feel extraordinarily calm. I would recommend her to anyone for a positive intuitive healing experience.
Monica was caring and really listened to my needs. She really wanted to help and it felt good to have a safe place to share my thoughts, concerns, and emotional pains.
Let's stay connected. . .
These days I have found my peace. I live with my husband of 16 years, Dave, and our dogs Waylon and Willie. I am co-creating my life with the Divine, God, Source, Spirit, which provides me the freedom and flexibility to live the life I desire, not a life I “should” be living.
But it wasn’t always this way.
