Ready to Find Your Pathway to Healing?

I'm ready to sign up

Do you feel the desire to create changes in your life? To feel better? Do better and clear the path to a newly found sense of joy and purpose? The challenge is in knowing how to create change when you are feeling stuck, and/or lacking clarity.

You begin to question yourself; “What is my purpose?” and “How can I move forward and create lasting change in my life?” These questions point to the parts of ourselves that have not been loved or accepted, or, in other words, healed; and the answers lie in our ability to deal with the events in our life; to free ourselves from our past and instead feel the freedom to explore new possibilities, to learn to trust our instincts, and choose a new way of being and doing things.

The truth is, when emotional disturbances or emotional events occur in our life, we are being asked to change and move forward. What once seemed traumatic or impossible to overcome becomes an opportunity to grow and become an active force in designing your life. When you follow your inner Pathway to Healing, fear vanishes and you’ll feel a deeper relationship with yourself and the greater whole, no longer appealing to the past in order to create your desired future.

It takes a great deal of courage, as well as an open mind and heart to examine your life and see what adjustments you can make to feel better, happier, and to feel whole. The Pathway to Healing does not need to be complicated, or difficult, however; in fact, anytime you pay attention, you take another step towards healing, and feeling more alive and complete. All that is required is yourself, your attention, or awareness, and a safe place to move through, heal and release any trauma, challenge or struggle you are ready to let go of.

Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity.”  Hippocrates

I am collaborating with my dear friend Debi Kennison, Debi is a visionary spiritual leader and a Feminine Presence Instructor. She has taught women and men powerful practices for over 11 years that enable them to feel more present, more confident, and joyful.

Debi and I created this workshop because we saw the need to create a safe, loving space for women to come together so they can release and heal past traumas.

Trauma, in the most simple terms, is any unwanted change we have experienced. Each of them is unique and personal. It is important to not compare, judge, or ignore them.

Trauma can stem from a comment made to us by a mentor, a teacher, or a parent when we were a child. This comment could have stuck with us for years and years – such as “you will never succeed or you are not smart.” Maybe you were bullied. It could have been the loss of someone close to you or a pet or the loss of a goal or a dream.

If traumas are not processed, moved through, and/or healed they can cause us both emotional and physical distress. For example, difficulty connecting with others, health issues, mysterious aches, and pains. Unprocessed trauma can cause us to get stuck in the past. Many times we are not aware of the trauma we are holding on to or how it has been affecting us – until we are able to release it.

Our goal in this workshop is to provide you a pathway to emotional and energetic wholeness, helping you create change in ways that allow you to be happier and healthier.

We combine gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and an energetic clearing practice to help you become more profoundly tuned in to source, to yourself, and your environment. This will create change in ways that will allow you to live the life you truly desire.

Here’s what a past participant had to say about her experience:

“Deepest gratitude to you both for creating and hosting this workshop. Participating that evening has created a life-changing shift for me! I don’t think of myself as someone who has experienced great trauma. Through your workshop, I realize that my mindset around certain events in my life, which I thought were in the past and held no power over me, were indeed keeping me from being open to my highest good and true path. The momentum that has been created from the conscious letting go has been phenomenal and continues to flow. I feel like I’m riding a wave of joy and purpose!” ~Kathleen N.

Please dress warmly and comfortably. We recommend yoga or exercise wear. Water, a small treat, yoga mats, and blankets will be provided. However, you may bring your yoga mat and/or blanket or block if you desire.

We are excited to offer these workshops on a monthly basis for $79

After working with Monica, I felt grounded & secure in my own body. I felt she really understood what I needed from our time together.

These days I have found my peace. I live with my husband of 16 years, Dave, and our dogs Waylon and Willie. I am co-creating my life with the Divine, God, Source, Spirit, which provides me the freedom and flexibility to live the life I desire, not a life I “should” be living.

But it wasn’t always this way.
