Intuitive Healing
Everything in the universe is made up of energy. We are all made of energy and it’s always changing and shifting.
When we feel good, our energy vibrates at a higher, more positive frequency.
When we are not feeling good, our energy vibrates at a lower, negative frequency.
Unfortunately, we are typically not taught how to be aware of or how “to be” with our energy and the energy around us. When we are not aware of how and why our energy shifts, it feels like we’re on an emotional roller coaster, moving up, down, sideways. It is something that can occur in an instant – without your knowledge. One minute you are in a good mood, feeling positive, and the next minute you feel anxious, nervous, or agitated.
Have you ever noticed how your mood changes when you are around happy people? What about when they are sad, angry, or depressed? If you are not aware of your energy, it can be easy for your moods to change to match that of the people around you.
Our energy can also get stuck and stagnant when we avoid our feelings, emotions, stress, trauma, struggles, loss, grief, etc. This stuck, stagnant energy gets trapped in our bodies and causes energetic blocks. The longer we avoid – the stronger our energetic blocks become.
This is where ENERGETIC HEALING comes in. Energetic healing shifts and raises your vibration, clearing energetic blocks, so you can move forward in a positive direction with clarity and ease.
Once you are able to clear the energetic blocks and are AWARE of your energy versus the energy around you – you will be able to notice the shifts and can consciously adjust, clear, and protect your energy. When you are aware of your energy, you don’t have to be taken over by energy that is not yours.
Let's stay connected. . .

These days I have found my peace. I live with my husband of 17+ years, Dave, and our dogs Waylon and Willie. I am co-creating my life with the Divine, God, Source, Spirit, which provides me the freedom and flexibility to live the life I desire, not a life I “should” be living.
But it wasn’t always this way.
